Q. How long will my order take?
A. An average order takes approximately 6-8 weeks to complete after receipt of
approved drafts. If you need your stationery before this time we offer an 'express'
service which guarantees production within 4 weeks from receipt of signed proofs.
Q. Can you explain the order process?
A. Once you have completed the order form, send this to us as soon as possible
with payment equal to 50% of the total order. On receipt of the order form and
payment we will formulate proofs for the wording inserts for the invitations and
this will be sent to you for your approval. Remember to check through the proofs
very carefully as once signed we cannot be responsible for any errors in the wording.
On receipt of the proofs the order takes approximately 6 - 8 weeks to complete.
We will inform you when your order is complete and the remaining 50% payment is
due before the order is despatched.
Q. What about items such as Order of Service and Menus - I don't have these details
yet - can these be made closer to the wedding?
A. We recommend that you state clearly on the order forms all items that you
require. Your invitations will be sent out within 6 - 8 weeks. Depending on time
allowing, items that need to be made nearer the time of the wedding itself (Order
of Service, Wedding Breakfast Menus, and Table Plans) will be sent closer to the
wedding date. It is your responsibility to send us details of what is to be printed
inside the Order of Service, Wedding Breakfast Menus and names for the Table Plan
a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the wedding date.
Q. What happens if I run out of stationery after I have received my order?
A. Don't worry! Contact us immediately and we will endeavour to complete the
extra order asap. Extra stationery will be charged at the normal rate, but will
incur a delivery charge.
Q. I have seen the design I like - can you adapt it to suit my wedding colour
scheme?
A. Yes. Because we use handmade paper and ribbon to add colour to the ranges,
we can adapt the designs very easily to any colour scheme that you require.
Q. How do I pay?
A. We ask for a deposit of 50% which can be made by cheque, direct bank transfer
or any debit card via PayPay. Full payment for stationery is to be made prior
to delivery. Orders of Accessories are required to be paid in full before delivery.
Q. When shall I send out my invitations?
A. It is normal to send out invitations three months prior to your wedding, however
for long distance guests you may want to send them out earlier. This allows you
time to send out other invitations to anyone on a reserve list. Many people are
now sending out their invitations at least 4 months in advance, especially if
your wedding is being held during school holiday periods or at Easter or Christmas.
Q. How much is Postage & Packaging?
Wedding stationery orders = £10.00 per order
Table plans (framed) and large wedding albums = £10.00 per item
Guest books, honeymoon albums, unframed table plans and keepsake boxes = £5.00
per item
Favours = £5.00 per order
