Please find the love from... Terms and Conditions as of 1st September 2004. When the word 'Client' is used this refers to the person placing an order with love from... By placing an order with love from... you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions. 

 

i. A 50% deposit is required when placing a wedding stationery order. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is required once the order is complete. Wedding stationery orders will not be delivered until remaining payment has been received and processed.

ii. All other love from... products require full payment before production.

i. All love from... wedding stationery and accessories are individually handmade and are therefore subject to minor variations. These minor variations, whether design or colour are not considered faults.

ii. Because many of the stationery designs and accessories feature small embellishments they are not suitable for children and they should be kept out of their reach at all times.

iii. Changes made to the design or wording specifications may incur additional charges if work has already begun on an item

iv. Unless specifically outlined in written communication production times are 6-8 weeks for wedding stationery. This time is calculated from the receipt of signed proofs. Accessories items are subject to a 28 days delivery schedule (after payment clearance).

i. All items, unless specified, are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

ii. We do not take responsibility for late delivery due to factors outside of our control.

i. In the event of a wedding stationery order cancellation, love from... will retain the 50% deposit.

ii. Because all love from... wedding stationery and accessories are entirely made to order they are non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Pricing of love from... wedding stationery and accessories can change at any given time. Clients will be charged the current price at the time of placing the order.

love from... will never divulge client data with other third party organisations. We adhere strictly to Data Protection guidelines.
